Chibi-K is BACK for 2026! Remember the thrill of racing through San Pedro Street as a child? Now, it’s your little one’s turn to create the same cherished memories at JACCC’s Kodomo no Hi (Children’s Day) Festival.
This beloved tradition is returning for a new generation, led by former Chibi-K runners who are bringing the excitement back to life! The morning will kick off at 8:40 am with a lively taiko performance by Los Angeles Mugen Taiko to open the race. Starting promptly at 9:00 am, kids will dash through the closed streets of Little Tokyo in a safe, non-competitive fun run, cheered on by family and friends. Every child receives a finisher prize, making this a day filled with joy, tradition, and community.
Don’t miss this chance to pass down a treasured Little Tokyo tradition and register your child today!
