Gong Grocer Asian Supermarket is celebrating Lunar New Year with a vibrant in-store event featuring free tastings of authentic flavours and dishes from small local businesses. Showcasing the rich culinary heritage of diverse Asian cultures, the event highlights local businesses and their unique stories.

The shop floor transforms into a festive hub, offering curated products for the season, free samples, and an authentic cultural experience.

Featured brands and chefs include 12Cake, Masterchef alum Therese Lum's sliceoftlc cakes, specialty Japanese sakes, and more!

Visitors can enjoy a wide selection of traditional Lunar New Year items, decorations, and the opportunity to create their own gift sets, helping them prepare for the celebrations or find the perfect gift for loved ones.

As part of the festivities, visitors will also receive a lucky red packet, which symbolises prosperity and good fortune, spreading the spirit and traditions of Lunar New Year.
