Through discussion and practical improvisation exercises, this workshop investigates the connection between the performer and their environment.
Open to anyone interested in exploring the body, mind and movement. Suitable for 18+ with no prior experience or training necessary.
About Body Weather
The physical and philosophical basis for Body Weather was founded in the early 1980s by Min Tanaka and further developed by dance artists worldwide. Using the body as a primary tool of communication, this movement practice investigates the 'weather of the body' engaging through the spirit to improvise and experiment.
