San Francisco Center for the Book is excited to host ArtSpan for their August 2025 Artist Mixer!

Stop by this casual after-work event, say hello to your fellow ArtSpan artist members, and learn more about San Francisco Center for the Book! SFCB will have their studio presses up and running; event attendees will be able to pull their own poster print in our print studio and browse our bindery space for ideas and inspiration.

The San Francisco Center for the Book is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that fosters the joy of books and bookmaking, the history, artistry, and continuing presence of books in our culture and enduring importance as a medium of self-expression. We provide both a home for Bay Area book artists and a place where the wider community can discover book arts. About ArtSpan Artist Mixers:

ArtSpan produces Artist Mixer events throughout the year to give artists a chance to meet, mingle, and make art with each other. Past events have included studio and gallery tours, bingo games, painting, printmaking, collage and assemblage making, letterpress and bookbinding, live model figure drawing, and more!
