Learn correct posture, centering, throwing and turning your vessel, and how to open and finish the form.
This course is for complete beginners with a focus on process and technique rather than production.
This program occurs every Sunday for 6 weeks.
Week 1: 2 March, 1:30pm to 4pm
Week 2: 9 March, 1:30pm to 4pm
Week 3: 16 March, 1:30pm to 4pm
Week 4: 23 March, 1:30pm to 4pm
Week 5: 30 March, 1:30pm to 4pm
Week 6: 6 April, 1:30pm to 4pm
Small class size: maximum 10 students.
Level: designed for beginner level students.
Wear: comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes (trousers recommended).
Bring: please bring an apron and towel.
All pieces created in the course must be no more than 25 cubic centimetres. Your work will be fired and ready to collect around 3 weeks after the course. We’re unable to fire pieces made outside of the course.
