The historian and author will introduce families to her new novel, Marion and the Forty Thieves, which is partially set on Cockatoo Island.
In addition to reading a passage from her historic fiction novel, Sarah will do a book signing (limited books available for purchase on the day) and lead a hands-on creative writing workshop for the children in attendance. Inspired by historical photos, they'll craft a captivating hook for their own story.
