Kick your week off with a bang every Monday morning from 7am – 8am with an incredible work out, offering the opportunity to socialise, burn some calories and find out exactly what a runner’s high really is!
What to expect?
Each session will be led by a friendly and experienced trainer. It will start with a warm up jog, where we make our way to a unique training location in Darling Harbour. We’ll mix this up week to week! The trainer will take you through drills to improve your runner technique, then follow up with some faster and short run ranging from 200 – 600m.
Why get involved?
You'll have a dedicated running coach who will program a fresh workout every time. The coach will also help you with a specialised running technique and mindset advice to help you improve your performance. You'll also have the huge advantage of group inspiration. Running with others is more enjoyable, makes the time go quicker and helps you get more intensity out of training, which leads to faster and better results!
