Massi’s passion for his craft is infectious as he talks you through the time-honoured methods of producing his many styles of cured meats, each with their own unique flavours and textures.

Beginning with our fresh and light Grenache Rosé, to our Basket Pressed Grenache, to the fantastic Griffon’s Key, and our delicious GSM blend.
