Enjoy seasonal small bites curated by JACCC Chef Gary Matsumoto, crafted to capture the relaxed, communal spirit of izakaya culture. In true izakaya tradition, you’ll also receive an otoshi, a small appetizer served as a welcoming gesture to start your experience.
