The Bloc in the heart of DTLA presents the 2026 Winter FitspoLA, a series of fitness and health events designed to inspire, educate and motivate! Join The Bloc and discover your movement with all-level outdoor fitness classes #FitspoLA
9:30 AM - Mat Pilates with @pilateswithashlee
A low-impact, full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and core stability. This mat Pilates class focuses on controlled movements, proper alignment, and mindful breathing to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve posture. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or progress each exercise.
11:00 AM - Zumba with LA Fitness
Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ will move YOU!
Classes are free and open to the public. Registration is required. Bring water and a workout mat. Event parking validation for attendees is available for $15.
*Event elements and details subject to change. Event will be held rain or shine. If it does rain, fitness classes will be moved to a covered area.

Special event parking validation will be available at The Bloc Concierge table in the Plaza during the event for a flat rate of $15. For more information on getting to The Bloc please visit our website.
