Hear Philip Glass’ operas inspired by the films of Jean Cocteau, reimagined as suites for two keyboards as the Labèques perform from beneath a sleek, custom-designed chandelier conceived by Nina Chalot and Cyril Teste.
In collaboration with Maison Francis Kurkdjian Paris, the production will be enhanced with three unique fragrances to accompany each of the three suites. Each audience member will receive a leaflet presenting three scent strips composed by Francis Kurkdjian.
In coproduction with Barbican Centre, National Concert Hall - Dublin, Cité Musicale - Metz, Opéra National de Bordeaux, La Comète Scène Nationale de Châlons-en-Champagne, Les Nuits de Fourvière.
