when: 24 July 2024 - 25 September 2024 | venue: 180 George Street | cost: Free | address: 180 George St, Sydney NSW 2000Mid-week mobility for healthy joints
Come beat the afternoon slump with a free, guided mobility routine.
Chronic pain specialist Ben Wong from Kaizben will guide you through different movements for every joint from your neck all the way down to your toes.
Expect some joint relief, some education, a little bit of sweat and some good vibes.
Learn 'movement snacks' that you can implement during your workweek to maintain joint health, alleviate chronic pain and prevent damage from long hours in front of a computer.
Suitable for all ages 18 years and over: whether you have existing pain, or inhibitive workwear, adjustments will be made to accomodate your body.
Bookings are essential.
You must also complete an online waiver prior to attending your first session.
Please bring your own water bottle and yoga mat. Shoes off is encouraged.
Stick around at the end for Q&A about chronic pain, and how to better navigate your workplace environment.
**Special event announcement - Wednesday 11 September**
In support of R U OK day, Psychotherapist Peter Coyle will be joining us on Wednesday 11 September for a special event.
Instead of mid-week mobility + chronic pain Q&A, we will have 2 short presentations on how to have more connected conversations, followed by an open-forum conversation with other participants.
Join us in raising mental health awareness, supporting our communities, and making people comfortable in being supported.
If you book for Wed 11 Sep, please note this is the only week that will deviate from the regular mobility + chronic pain programming.
