Mizel’s yogi guides you through a yoga and sound bath session, promoting relaxation and tranquility. Our stunning outdoor setting enhances feelings of well-being and connection to nature. Mizel Mindfulness includes an after-yoga moment of bliss. Indulge in a sip of Mizel wine and artisanal chocolate!

Beginners welcome. No equipment needed. Our Mizel Yogi will guide and support you in your journey.
