Join us for an immersive Japanese calligraphy workshop and explore the meditative art of shodo (the way of writing). Inspired by Zen Buddhist principles, this practice emphasizes mushin (無心, "no mind"), a state of mindfulness where focus, fluidity, and harmony guide the brush.
During the workshop, you’ll learn foundational brush techniques and line movements, explore the connection between calligraphy and creative meditation, and experience the flow of mushin as you create your own artistic expression.
Curated for adult beginners, this workshop requires no prior experience—just an open mind and a desire to connect with the art of calligraphy.
