Bring your creativity and enthusiasm for space travel to this unique STEM workshop. Assemble an electronic rocket launch system to safely fire our compressed air canon, and build a rocket to launch faster, higher and stronger. Test your designs in our specially built rocket arena. No experience necessary! Just a love of problem-solving, teamwork and curiosity.
Using the aeronautical models from our current exhibition Micro:Macro we will explore designing, testing and assessing rockets followed by an outside launch of our models.
Suitable for 10-14 year olds. Parents and guardians are requested to stay with their children.
