As well as pairings with local wine and gin – all while attendees overlook Glenelg’s stunning coastline and soak up the spring sun.
From 11am on each day of the festival, Glenelg’s foreshore will become a seafood hub, with well-known South Australian restaurateurs working with producers to showcase sustainably sourced local dishes. A demonstration kitchen will give guests the chance to experience live cooking and hear from a variety of producers.
The full list of involved restaurants will be announced in September.
