Your ticket includes seating in the heritage-listed Grand Ballroom at The Hotel Windsor; a tasting appreciation introduction for each course and sparkling wine by host Natalie Pickett; five x 100ml glasses of perfectly matched sparkling wine with a five-course degustation canapé menu; and five opera serenades with a story to share, each one chosen to match each course and sparkling wine, sung by a soprano.
