Lauren Stewart is a Reiki master, Spinal Energetics practitioner, intuitive energy healer and trauma informed coach based in Sydney. Driven by a profound passion and purpose to support others, she founded Curated Energies to offer the transformative gift of healing.

Her journey into energetic medicine began with an instinctive calling as a teen, that lead her to experience profound shifts through energy healing. Overcoming physical and emotional pain through these modalities it has allowed her to reconnect with self, release traumas, and maintain a state of equilibrium.
