Students will explore the details of leaves, flowers and seed pods to create their own botanical inspired artwork.
In this relaxed and social workshop, you'll learn introductory watercolour painting techniques including washes, blooming and staccato dry brushing.
This relaxed, social workshop is perfect for beginners. You’ll learn key watercolour techniques, such as washes, blooming, and staccato dry brushing, while discovering simple tips to bring texture, tone, and form to your work. We'll also explore transparent and opaque layering to make your painting truly come to life.
No prior experience is necessary, as our professional tutors will provide step-by-step guidance throughout your project.
Intimate class size: maximum 10 students
Level: designed for beginner level students 16+years
Bring: yourself and an apron – all art materials provided
Wear: enclosed shoes (no sandals or thongs) and comfortable clothing
